CPD Training for Yoga Teachers

From February 2026 Yantra Studio will be offering an in-house 20-hour mentoring program for qualified yoga teachers.

This will be a rolling programme where you will come together with peers and teachers from Yantra once a month for 4 months. These four sessions will be a blend of practice (with observations and feedback from teachers), practical workshops (adjustments, sequencing, ethics and boundaries) discussion and break-out groups to workshop ideas, brainstorm, problem solve and undertake mini-teaching or theory assignments.

The topics and sessions will be bespoke to the participants so all content will be relevant.

A typical session might look like this:

1pm opening circle and introductions

1.30-2.45pm Practice

comfort break - snacks

3.00-5pm breakout sessions or workshop

5.15 group discussion and closing circle/meditation

6pm close

Refreshments and light snacks will be provided

Dates: February 28. March 28. April 25. May 16

Between the group meetings, you will also have access to a 1-1 session with an assigned mentor with whom you can discuss further any issues or practical considerations with your teaching. You will also receive;
