Yoga Nidra is one of the more 'magical' meditative/relaxation techniques in the yogis toolbox. It offers potential access to mindstates where anything is possible. It can be used as a therapeutic practice, to aid sleep, to connect with our creativity, for stress management and so much more...
This workshop will offer plenty of time for practice, discussion of history and theory, as well as breaking down the components for safe delivery and therapeutic possibility.
Navigating our conscious and unconscious worlds through the practice of Yoga Nidra
This Course is Appropriate for:
Qualified yoga teachers, trainee yoga teachers, aspiring yoga teachers.
Also for massage therapists, psychotherapists, body workers, counsellors… anyone who works with minds and bodies, and who'd like to deepen their understanding of the nervous system and the mind-body connection, for peace, healing and creativity and more efficient use of our energy.

About your Trainer: Dina Cohen
A vibrant and varied teacher, Dina Cohen has over 1,200 hours of specialist teacher trainings herself, and she is passionate about bringing her decades of teaching to other yoga teachers.
She is a Yoga Alliance Senior Teacher, Trainer and Continuing Education Provider. Dina provides mentorship for trainee and new teachers and has worked at many of London’s top yoga studios including Triyoga and the Life Centre. Committed to giving back to the community Dina offers free classes for refugees and asylum seekers at the Happy Baby Community and for the mental health charity Mind.
