Meridian Movement with Cat Westwood

Winter Meridian Moves

As Winter draws us inward, this workshop invites you to journey into the Water Element—the realm of stillness, reflection, and renewal in Chinese Medicine.
We will explore the associations of the Kidney and Bladder meridians, tuning into the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the surface.

From this depth, we’ll call upon the gentle warmth of the Fire Element, kindling the Heart and the flame of self-love—a light to guide us through the long nights of Winter.

Through an intuitive blend of self-Shiatsu, acupressure, Qi Gong, energy work, freeform movement, and yoga, you will be invited to soften, listen, and move with the season’s rhythm.
Together, we’ll embrace the beauty of Winter by aligning with our inner landscape—resting, replenishing, and remembering the light that always lives within.
