Timetable

12:00–2:00pm – Introducing the Practice
We’ll begin by exploring the roots and philosophy of Ashtanga yoga, followed by a demonstration and a beginner-friendly version of the Primary Series. This session is all about accessibility — demystifying the practice and meeting you exactly where you are. Includes handouts and an extended savasana.

✨ Break

2:30–4:30pm – Ashtanga Techniques
A playful and powerful afternoon workshop diving into the mechanics and magic of jumping back and through as well as entering the wonderful world of inversions. 5:00pm – Closing Circle & Meditation
We’ll come together in stillness to reflect and ground the day with a guided meditation and closing circle.

5:30pm onwards – Nourishment & Community
Stay and enjoy a delicious, lovingly prepared meal from Vicky’s Kitchen, made with seasonal ingredients and a whole lot of heart. Eat, connect, and savour the warmth of good food and community.
