This dynamic form of yoga comprises of a set sequence of postures linked together with an audible breath (Ujjayi). This will be a led Primary Series class flowing through as much of the sequence as time and participants ability allows.
Some experience of Ashtanga yoga or another dynamic form helpful
Not suitable for total beginners to the form.
