Ashtanga is a dynamic, breath-led practice that links movement, focus and rhythm. It can look strong from the outside, but at its heart, it’s a deeply intelligent system designed to build strength, flexibility, concentration and self-awareness over time. 🔥
In this workshop, Abby will guide you through the key principles of the practice, including breath, bandhas (internal locks), transitions and how to move safely at your own pace. You’ll learn how the sequence works, why it has stood the test of time, and how to approach it without pressure to look a certain way.
