Curious about Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga? 🧘‍♀️

Join longtime Ashtanga Vinyasa practitioner, teacher and Yantra founder Abby Hoffmann for a 2-hour workshop designed for those who’ve dipped their toes into the practice — and want to understand it on a deeper level.

Abby has been practising and teaching this form for 28 years. Along the way she’s had the good fortune to study with some of the leading teachers including; Hamish Hendry, David Swenson, John Scott, Nancy Gilgoff, Danny Paradise and many more.

You’ll be guided through a complete practice including standing and seated postures, learn the opening and closing mantras, and dive into the cornerstones of Ashtangabandhas (energy locks), breath, and drishti (focus points).

Abby will also introduce techniques to support your jump-throughs and jump-backs, helping you build strength, fluidity, and confidence in your transitions.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll take those techniques further — exploring transitions, rhythm, and the art of moving seamlessly through your practice.
