The Barre method combines movements from Pilates and Ballet using small controlled isometric exercises that leaves the body lean and strong.

Our Barre classes integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape the entire body. It is a low- impact workout that targets all major muscle groups and improves posture.

We’re bonkers about barre

We use a variety of small equipment including; balls, bands, pilates circles and hand weights. The results are amazing and really fast! If you love Ballet, Pilates and Yoga you’ll love Barre! No dance or ballet experience necessary.

Barre Fusion is all of the above with a longer yoga-inspired cool down.
