Why this yoga teacher training?
You’ve completed your 200-hour training. You may even be teaching already.
But perhaps you still feel that something is missing.
Maybe you’re still:
unsure how to sequence with confidence
relying on memorised flows or borrowed templates
second-guessing your cueing
wondering how to adapt your teaching for different bodies in the room
craving more depth, nuance and real-world experience
If so, you’re not alone.
Many teachers complete an initial training with passion and potential, but without enough support in the actual craft of teaching. The gap between being qualified and being truly skilled can feel surprisingly wide.
The Architecture & Alchemy of Vinyasa Flow was created to bridge that gap.
What makes this yoga teacher training different?
This training is not about getting more certificates.
It’s about becoming a teacher who:
✔ Understands the body
✔ Sequences intelligently
✔ Creates meaningful experiences
✔ Holds a room with confidence
At Yantra, we believe excellent teaching is built through a balance of precision and intuition, structure and creativity, knowledge and lived experience.
This training draws together:
✔ lineage-informed Vinyasa Flow
✔ Ashtanga and Rocket influences
✔ Somatics and Embodied understanding
✔ Updated anatomy and an introduction to biomechanics
✔ research-informed teaching practice
✔ the real-world experience of working inside a thriving studio environment
You won’t simply learn concepts in theory. You’ll experience how they land in practice — in the body, in the room, and in the subtle relationship between teacher, student and space.

Observation, assisting, discussion and practice teaching are woven into the training, so you’re not just learning about teaching — you’re learning through teaching. You’ll be supported through an online learning environment and access to additional resources.
Experience teaching in heated environments
For teachers wishing to expand their range, this training includes the opportunity to learn how to work safely and skilfully within heated studio conditions.

“I could tell from the moment I stepped in, I felt a warm welcoming vibe, this studio is such a gem in the city! Even though I came in mostly for the hot yoga classes, I have found so much joy in the Barre classes that Abby (the owner) teaches - that was such a highlight of my day!”— Carol
